Add Language Pack Windows Server 2012
While selecting the language in Internet Explorer 11 on Windows Server 2012 R2, the user is shown a list of languages. With IE 11, it opens up Control Panel All Control Panel Items Language page. Here when we do Add a Language, for Japanese, we are only presented with one option which says Japanese ( JA ). I am having difficulty changing the language settings to English in Windows Server 2012. I went to Administrator setting in Power Shell and typed Get-WinSystemLocale to display the locale information. Then I typed Set-WinSystemLocale en-US to set the locale for the region and language to English, United States. However, I keep getting

Everything is in Portuguese. I even tried restarting the Windows Server 2012 after completing the transition on the power shell. Please help. Thank you!
